This brand-new, sunny chalet is set in its own grounds, just a short walk from the nearest ski lift, Flegere, lively apres-ski, bars, restaurants, shops, equipment hire and more. Equally close to world class golf mountainbike trails, hiking, cross country skiing and several other activities. The three-storey house enjoys stunning 360-degree views of the Mont Blanc Massif from its wrap-around balconies and terrace, and is extremely comfortable with its hot-tub, internet connection, home cinema and fully equipped kitchen which joins the dining/entertainment area.

LOCATION

The nearest ski area is La Flegere, a five minute walk away, which links into Le Brevent slopes, offering numerous pistes for all abilities, and unlimited off-piste skiing. The free ski bus, and mountain train, also leave from here, giving guests easy access to the other ski areas within a 10 kilometre radius, including the Grands Montets, and the world-famous Vallee Blanche descent. Cross-country skiers can join the tracks right outside the chalet, with more than 20 kilometres of forest trails, of all grades and lengths, to suit all levels. The shops, bars and restaurants of Les Praz are also within a short walk.

FACILITIES

The vaulted ceiling and full length windows; high-tech lighting; Balinese refectory table; squashy sofas; open fire and huge flat screen television, DVD and gaming system, combine to provide the perfect place to relax after a hard day’s skiing. The six-seater Jacuzzi, on its own terrace outside, is an added touch of luxury to soothe aching muscles. The American-style, open-plan, stainless-steel kitchen has all mod cons: fridge, freezer, two ovens, five-ring hob, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate laundry room, next to the ski and boot drying room. Eight oak-floored double/twin bedrooms are on the lower two floors. Four of the bedrooms are en-suite, with fully-tiled, Japanese-style, bathrooms with drench showers. There is a separate shower-room and separate bathroom with sunken tub.

HOUSE RULES - Smokers are requested to use the balconies and terrace. High heels are banned on the oak-wood floors. No pets
