LOCATION

The chalet is located within a 10 minute drive of the nearest ski lifts. The village of Stadl an der Mur is an idylic location, hosting a small selection of traditional amenities within a short walk of the chalet. Larger towns are only a 15 minute drive away.

FACILITIES

The ground floor accommodation comprises of a hallway, shower room with WC and washer dryer. The sauna (maximum capacity of 4) also adjoins the hall which also accesses the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The well appointed kitchen is fully fitted with a full size electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and small appliances. The dining area can comfortably seat up to eight people. A large comfortable living area looks out onto plentiful mountain scenery. Television, DVD, Satelite, PS2 with a small selection of games and CD player are provided. The sofa bed can convert into a double bed to accommodate additional person(s) if required. Large open/tilt doors enable access to the veranda and the fresh mountain air! Ideal for summer B-B-Q's! In the winter the living area has a feature gas fire to keep those toes lovely and warm!
The stairs access the first floor landing, leading to the four bedrooms with the flexibility to accommodate your needs and the main bathroom. Bedrooms one and two are the double bedrooms (bedroom one with the addition of a single bed for families); they both have access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy the views and a coffee!
Bedroom three offers the flexiabilty of a single bed that can be 'pulled out' for larger parties of guests, and an additional single bed. Bedroom four also has a single bed that can be 'pulled out' to make a double.

HOUSE RULES - This is a non smoking chalet. Pets are not permitted
