 Over the last four years, a multi-million pound investment has created 75km of pistes spread between 1000 and 2600m.
An 8 man gondola and a 9km floodlit piste link the ski area to the town. Seven brand new chair lifts access the slopes from the top of the gondola, with a new ski cross and freestyle snow park area for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
There are plans in place for a second gondola to go in for 2010/11 linking another new chairlift and extra ski area.
